Really like the dryer if you are using it at home. I bought this because I am a stylist and Bayliss is a brand we love as hairdressers. I can't use it professionally because the cord is not long enough to use on clients. It is not long enough to go around a styling chair. I wanted to return it but threw away some of the packaging so now I have an extra home dryer.
